Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order details. We will resolve the matter with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
